深度审查执行案件：深度审查100余件执行复议案件和执行异议案件。案件涉及债权多层转让后申请执行人变更、案外人租赁权能否阻却执行及其程序选择、被冻结股权价值贬损与执行担保效力、不予执行仲裁裁决法定事由等专业问题。具体工作中，对当事人证据进行链条式核对，提炼实体权利与程序异议的区分标准，分析异议、复议与执行异议之诉之间的程序衔接，并重点审查事实认定、举证责任、法律适用与裁判结论之间是否形成完整闭环。

承担裁判文书审查与质量把关：围绕裁判文书的规范性、准确性与可执行性，从形式规范、程序合法、事实认定、法律适用和裁判主文五个层面开展系统性审查。累计审查42件不重复案件、400页裁判文书，包括30份民事判决书、4份民事调解书和8份民事及执行裁定书，覆盖民终、民初、民特（调）、执异、执复等5类案件类型，涉及委托理财、金融借款、融资租赁、财产保险、人身保险、证券虚假陈述、质押式证券回购及财产保全等8类以上金融商事争议，就发现的文字、程序及实体问题提出文书修改意见。

Reviewed enforcement cases in depth: Reviewed 100+ enforcement reconsideration and enforcement objection cases involving specialized issues such as changes of enforcement applicants after multi-layer creditor-right transfers, whether a third party's leasehold rights may block enforcement and the proper procedural path, depreciation of frozen equity and the validity of enforcement guarantees, and statutory grounds for refusing enforcement of arbitral awards. In case work, checked parties' evidence chain by chain, distilled standards for distinguishing substantive rights from procedural objections, analyzed the procedural connections among objections, reconsideration, and enforcement objection lawsuits, and focused on whether fact-finding, burden of proof, legal application, and adjudicative conclusions formed a complete logical chain.

Undertook court-wide judgment review and quality control: Conducted systematic review of judicial documents for normative form, accuracy, and enforceability from five perspectives: formal compliance, procedural legality, fact-finding, legal application, and dispositive holdings. Reviewed 42 non-duplicated cases and 400 pages of judicial documents, including 30 civil judgments, 4 civil mediation statements, and 8 civil and enforcement rulings. The review covered five case types, including second-instance civil cases, first-instance civil cases, special civil mediation cases, enforcement objections, and enforcement reconsideration, and involved 8+ categories of financial and commercial disputes, including entrusted wealth management, financial loans, financial leasing, property insurance, life insurance, securities misrepresentation, pledged securities repurchase, and property preservation. Proposed revisions on wording, procedural issues, and substantive issues identified in the documents.

深度参与制定重要文件：作为四川自贸试验区出台数据出境管理清单制定专班成员，梳理北京、上海、天津数据跨境负面清单制定框架及思路，基于10余家企业线下调研访谈及100余份线上问卷调查，出具1万余字专项推进报告。

全程跟进项目招引落地：协助引入某放疗软硬件一体化公司（融资金额3亿元）及某巡检机器人公司（融资金额6千万元），协同策源资本就定增基金及重大产业化基金的设立条件、出资比例、反投金额等内容进行谈判。

系统参与自贸试验区管理工作：促进优化进出境“特殊物品关地协同”联合监管模式，完善生物医药特殊物品出入境白名单，探索在自贸区扩大本外币合一结算账户应用，推进合格境外有限合伙人（QFLP）制度改革等。

Contributed to major policy documents: As a member of the task force drafting the data export management list for the Sichuan Free Trade Zone, reviewed the frameworks and approaches of Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin cross-border data negative lists; based on offline interviews with 10+ companies and 100+ online questionnaire responses, prepared a 10,000+ Chinese-character special progress report.

Followed project attraction and landing throughout the process: Assisted in introducing an integrated radiotherapy software-and-hardware company with RMB 300 million in financing and an inspection-robot company with RMB 60 million in financing; worked with Ceyuan Capital on negotiations over the establishment conditions, contribution ratios, and reinvestment amounts for private placement and major industrialization funds.

Participated systematically in free trade zone administration: Helped optimize the joint customs-local regulatory model for inbound and outbound special items, improve the biomedical special-items whitelist, explore expanded use of integrated RMB and foreign-currency settlement accounts in the free trade zone, and advance QFLP reform.

协助华电新能源完成A股IPO上市：围绕发行人及其80余家子公司的历史沿革、重大合同、主要资产、知识产权等独立开展法律尽职调查及管理层访谈，审阅尽调文件，形成尽调报告；起草并多轮修订法律意见书、律师工作报告，根据交易所注册制改革要求持续更新相关文件；针对200余个新能源项目所涉土地权属、行政处罚等问题开展法律研究，梳理合规风险并提出整改意见；独立负责两次加期中600余个主体的全部内核底稿整理工作。

代表青岛银行、齐鲁银行等开展合规审查：为上市金融机构客户审阅、修订股权管理办法、董事会议事规则、股东大会议事规则等文件，根据监管要求持续更新所有章节直至全套文件定稿；围绕股权冻结及质押、公司三会规则、关联交易、风险处置等重要监管合规问题开展超过40次法律研究，独立起草案例分析报告及法律备忘录30余份。

Assisted Huadian New Energy with its A-share IPO: Independently conducted legal due diligence and management interviews on the issuer and 80+ subsidiaries regarding historical evolution, material contracts, major assets, intellectual property, and related matters; reviewed due diligence materials and prepared due diligence reports; drafted and revised legal opinions and lawyers' work reports through multiple rounds, continuously updating documents under stock exchange registration-based reform requirements; researched land ownership, administrative penalties, and other issues involving 200+ new-energy projects, identified compliance risks, and proposed rectification measures; independently organized all internal review workpapers for 600+ entities across two extended reporting periods.

Conducted compliance reviews for Bank of Qingdao, Qilu Bank, and other clients: Reviewed and revised equity management measures, board rules of procedure, shareholders' meeting rules of procedure, and other documents for listed financial institution clients, updating all chapters according to regulatory requirements until finalization; completed 40+ legal research tasks on major regulatory compliance issues including equity freezes and pledges, corporate governance rules, related-party transactions, and risk disposal; independently drafted 30+ case analysis reports and legal memoranda.

参与债券发行及日常运营：独立起草10余种债券的内核评审意见回复、募集说明书、发行公告、付息公告、临时受托管理报告；熟练使用Wind统计分析新发行债券数据，撰写首钢基金、邯郸城投、衡水建投等公司债券年报。

完成数据分析及风险排查：结合上交所规范指引文件开展多支债券产品的存续期信用风险排查；穿透分析多份借款合同及采购合同，核查募集资金使用情况；核查历史沿革、股权结构及债权债务问题，归纳总结重大法律风险。

Participated in bond issuance and daily operations: Independently drafted responses to internal review comments, prospectuses, issuance announcements, interest payment announcements, and interim trustee management reports for 10+ types of bonds; used Wind to compile and analyze newly issued bond data, and drafted annual bond reports for companies including Shougang Fund, Handan Urban Investment, and Hengshui Construction Investment.

Completed data analysis and risk screening: Conducted ongoing credit risk reviews for multiple bond products under Shanghai Stock Exchange guidelines; looked through loan agreements and procurement contracts to verify use of proceeds; reviewed historical evolution, equity structures, creditor-debtor relationships, and summarized major legal risks.
